V rámci této diplomové práce je provedeno zhodnocení stávajícího stavu VD Těšetice při převedení KPV s parametry Q1000. Na základě výsledku posouzení navrhnout nápravná opatření na zabezpečení vodního díla za povodní. Nápravná opatření budou spočívat v návrhu nových nebo doplňkových bezpečnostních prvků, zejména nového bezpečnostního přelivu v zavázaní hráze do rostlého terénu.The Diploma Thesis focuses on the assessment of the current state of VD Tesetice to convert KPV parameters Q1000. Based on this evaluation, the thesis proposes corrective actions on waterwork constructions for the purpose of protection of their functioning during floods. Proposed corrective actions consist of designing new or additional safety features, mainly security spillway in abutment terrain.

AbstractA two-level algorithm for unstructured meshes with a coarse-space size independent rate of convergence is developed based on polynomial smoothing of prolongators given by unknowns aggregation. A coarse level is generated algebraically using a system of possibly large subdomains. Information System of Scout Troop Using the Web Gallery API

V této práci je popsán návrh a realizace informačního systému skautského oddílu, který pro správu fotografií využívá aplikačně programové rozhraní. Systém uživatelům poskytuje zejména ucelenou správu komponent, příspěvků, akcí a fotografií. Jsou představeny vybrané služby pro správu alb a fotografií, které ve své specifikaci nabízejí využití jejich API. Vybranými službami jsou Picasa Web Albums, SkyDrive a Rajče.net. Návrh aplikace zahrnuje celkovou architekturu systému a návrh databáze. Práce dále obsahuje implementaci systému s využitím API zvolené služby a technologiemi PHP, MySQL či JavaScript.In this thesis is described design and realization of information system of scout troop which uses application programming interface for management of photos. The system provides users complete management of components, contributions, events and photos. There are presented selected services for the management of albums and photos which offer to use their API in their specification. Picasa Web Albums, SkyDrive and Rajče.net are these services. Design of application comprises the whole architecture of system and design of database. The thesis also contains an implementation of system with use API of chosen service and with technologies PHP, MySQL or JavaScript.

Increasing robustness of multi-homed systems in heterogeneous environment

Nowadays, packet error rate in fixed networks can be considered as a negligible value. However, the increasing requirements for transmission speed of mobile devices, heterogeneous technology, and other high frequency sources cause interference growth within the electromagnetic spectrum. This affects the overall reliability and throughput of the network and may cause undesirable operation malfunction of application-level services. Higher speeds can be achieved by advanced modulation techniques, but at the price of lower resistance against the interference. On the other hand, error-correcting codes or higher-level protocols are utilized to correct the delivery failures. We introduce a novel method for increasing robustness of communication for multi-homed systems in heterogeneous environment. Furthermore, we propose a security measure to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of the transmitted data without influencing the transmission parameters. Finally, we show positive impact of the proposed method on transmission efficiency and effective throughput, especially in networks with high probability of error occurrence

Na dostupnost služeb, nehledě na typ, je kladen stále větší tlak. Nejinak je tomu i v případě služeb nabízených skrze technologii VoIP. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a realizovat za pomocí open source softwaru testovací prostředí, jehož hlavním úkolem bude automaticky distribuovat zátěž v podobě hovorů mezi skupinu aplikačních serverů, a to s ohledem na aktuální vytížení jejich procesorů. Navrhnutý systém pro vyvažování zátěže je v závěru práce testován a zhodnocen z pohledu jeho výkonosti, spolehlivosti a možného nasazení v reálném prostředí. Úvodní teoretická část práce je tvořena stručnou charakteristikou signalizačního protokolu SIP, na kterou dále navazují kapitoly zabývající se popisem principu fungování a vlastnostmi SIP serverů Kamailio a Asterisk.Availability of services, regardless of the type, is under increasing pressure. This is also the case with services offered through VoIP technology. The aim of this master thesis is to design and implement a testing environment using open source software, whose main task will be to automatically distribute the load in the form of calls between a group of application servers, taking into account the current load of their processors. The proposed system for load balancing is tested and evaluated at the end of the thesis in terms of its performance, reliability and possible deployment in a real environment. Bakalářská práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby novostavby bytového domu v Pelhřimově. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený objekt se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. V bytovém domě je celkem navrženo pět bytů. Ke každému bytu náleží jedna sklepní kóje v suterénu. Svislé nosné zdivo je z keramických tvárnic POTOTHERM doplněných kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou s kačírkem.Bachelor thesis deals with documentation for the execution of the construction of new building apartment house in Pelhřimov. It is the house with two above-ground floors with partial basement. The apartment building has five flats. Every flat has one cellar in basement. The loadbearing masonry is designed from clay bricks POTOTHERM with contact thermal insulaton system. The objekt is roofed with a flat roof with a pea gravel.
